The NatureFyt Story

NatureFyt was founded in 2024 by Greg McMillan, a passionate fitness enthusiast with a deep interest in maintaining personal fitness. After years of changing careers, Greg found that the underlying passion in his life was keeping his brain and body active. The key to lasting health and wellbeing wasn’t found in quick fixes or extreme routines, but in a balanced approach that is both natural and sustainable. 

Greg started NatureFyt to share this philosophy with others. He wanted to create a space where people could receive personalised support, practical guidance, and ongoing encouragement as they work towards their goals. NatureFyt is built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel strong, healthy, and confident, and that achieving this is possible through a thoughtful, balanced approach.

We believe that true fitness and wellbeing come from balance, sustainability, and a deep connection with what feels natural for you. Greg McMillan is the heart and soul of NatureFyt. With years of experience in fitness, Greg is more than just a trainer—he’s a mentor, a guide, and a source of motivation for his clients. His approach is rooted in the idea that fitness should enhance your life. 

Greg’s expertise spans various aspects of fitness, and he is dedicated to continuing his education and staying up-to-date with the latest in fitness and nutrition science, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible guidance. He has a level three qualification with Personal Training, and is a qualified First Aider.
