Single Session

£45 for 1 hour/£90 for 2 hours

Book single sessions without the commitment of a full plan. Perfect for those who need less support or have irregular sessions as and when necessary. A guided workout will be provided with some advisory exercises to complete on your own at home after your session.

An introductory session must be completed before booking a single session.

Monthly Plan

from £160

Sign up for a rolling monthly contract to get a discount on your session price. This plan is best suited from those who want to commit for a short timeframe. Minimum commitment of 1 hour session per week for one month. This plan will be fully tailored to your personal needs.

Payment is required in advance and all sessions must be used within one month.

Packages

Session packages are our most cost-effective option and work best for clients who are looking to make a long-term commitment to their health and fitness. Minimum commitment of 4 sessions a month for 3 months. This plan will be fully tailored to your personal needs.

Payment is required in advance and all sessions must be used within the plan timeframe.

Introductory Session

£75

Includes your initial consultation and first session, designed to gain a comprehensive insight into your health and wellbeing. This will be followed with your first fitness session to assess your current fitness level. This session will last between 2 and 2.5 hours.

The app also allows you to track your progress by logging your weight, body metrics, food intake and allows you to add progress photos to keep you motivated.
